BEAUTY- Natural Hair Care Line

  The Challenge 

The founder of an emerging hair company was seeking general exposure to a larger audience regarding their hair care system which is catered to a very niche hair community that is often disregarded, left out and misunderstood in most hair conversations. 

The Solution

Over the course of 6 months, we set out to educate the media on the history and origin of dreadlocks by way of traditional media outreach and securing deskside appointments. These face to face meetings with editors of all races and hair types were used to inform them on this growing hair community. From these conversations, more interests were sparked as writers felt more educated and informed about this hair type/style.
